My latest project is this altered Spoon.... yes Spoon !! Kristi, from Glamourgirl stamps suggested this idea for a swap. Now I smartly signed up, thinking that will be easy! I was so wrong, I had rather alot of trouble with my spoon, I broke two drill pieces tiring to drill holes just for a start!
After much pulling apart and restarting and lots of 'adding on' This is what I finally come up with.

I have holes drilled down the handle, and in the base of the spoon. Through the holes I have threaded craft wire and lots of glass beads. A rubbon, tiny crystals, micro beads , gold thread and Lumiere paints finish it off.
Check out the wonderful spoons the other ladies have created HERE!

Here is my finished latest painting
This one is a hit with all the males who have seen it. I must say that I did not really enjoy painting a truck and it will be a one off for sure! Uncle David is now the owner of this one. Next project on thepainting scene is going to be a fisherman- for my Uncle Graeme who is wanting me to paint him something. Really need to get onto this one!

Finished at last- I think
