On a Whimsy

Last month I got to scrap with some lovely new papers from the Fancy pants range called 'On a Whimsy' You can find these papers at Scrapbooking By Design

Here is yet another 'Aimee' page, this photo was taken in 1985, I scanned and then photoshopped a lot of the background colour out as I did want the focus to be on my sweet little girl.
Everything on my page is out of my design team kit, except for the scrap of lace, the buttons and the bright orange wool. The leaf trim come from The May kit which can be purchased here .

For a change I have scrapped one of my boys, I really need to scrap more boy pages!

Glitter is not something I tend to use a whole lot in my scrapping but I did have fun playing with the Shimmering Teal glitter I received last month and will make a point of using it again.

Are you sure this pic was taken in 1985?
Anyway, your pages are so lovely again, all those gorgeous details on them - beautiful!!!

Here is my finished latest painting

Here is my finished latest painting
This one is a hit with all the males who have seen it. I must say that I did not really enjoy painting a truck and it will be a one off for sure! Uncle David is now the owner of this one. Next project on thepainting scene is going to be a fisherman- for my Uncle Graeme who is wanting me to paint him something. Really need to get onto this one!
