My Advent calender has landed.

I received an email tonight from Karen to say she had received her advent calender. Well done to the postie as I only sent it yesterday afternoon, and Karen lives in the North Island!
My calender was based on a clipboard, for Karen to use after the advent! The flower is easy to remove and the chain with the charm doubles as a braclet. The ribbon can be tied to the back, or removed as liked. Inside I have... well I had best not tell-or show yet, until karen has opened them up!

Hi all, Sorry about the big gap between last photo and comments tab. I had a really weird and long comment left on my blog relating to the corruption within the chinese government. I felt I was not going to be much of a match against the government at all, and really could not even understand what it was on about, so I deleated left me with a big gap though!
Thanks for all of your lovely comments and for taking the time to pop in and visit.

Here is my finished latest painting
This one is a hit with all the males who have seen it. I must say that I did not really enjoy painting a truck and it will be a one off for sure! Uncle David is now the owner of this one. Next project on thepainting scene is going to be a fisherman- for my Uncle Graeme who is wanting me to paint him something. Really need to get onto this one!

Finished at last- I think
